Members, friends & family welcome to the CrossFit Strength Base quiz night. Starts at 7:30pm and is £2pp to enter. There will be baked goods for sale and all money fundraised will go towards the worm!

FREE to attend sports day taking place on the field next to Everest. Members, family and friends welcome. Activites include rounders, tug of war, egg and spoon race and more! Sports day is taking place from 1-4pm. Bring your own picnic.
